WatchNexus is open-source software released under the MIT License. Subject to the terms of that license, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to access, download, and stream any content you add to your WatchNexus library
• Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Maintaining the security of your WatchNexus installation
• Any content you share with other users through WatchNexus

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use WatchNexus to:

WatchNexus may integrate with third-party services (indexers, metadata providers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Privacy

WatchNexus is self-hosted software that does not collect or transmit any personal data to us. Your data stays on your own server. However, third-party services you choose to integrate may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of WatchNexus after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using WatchNexus at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software for violations of these Terms.
